Although we go to great lengths to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience at all establishments and services providers, the owners and employees of Yzerfontein Accommodation shall not be liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage suffered by a guest(s) on the premises of the establishments and service providers. The guest(s) hereby indemnifies Yzerfontein Accommodation and its employees against any claims arising from any injury, loss, theft, or damage suffered by them following a reservation of accommodation, meals, or activities and understand that the reservations are made at their own risk.
