Planning a holiday where your family and friends can relax and unwind and escape from reality for a while – head to Yzerfontein, a beautiful sea-side town of fynbos and ocean. The area is renowned for its natural beauty with its stretches of sandy beaches, prolific fynbos, and Table Mountain’s majestic silhouette in the background. This modern vacation home will charm you from the minute you arrive. Positioned close to the beach and all amenities. Guests will arrive at an open concept living space that houses the kitchen, dining area, lounge and braai room. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, dishwasher, fridge and all necessary appliances. It opens onto the lounge with a counter which has three bar stools, making it perfect for chatting or early dinners for children. The stylish living area is tastefully decorated with a flatscreen TV that offers DSTV Stream, as well as unlimited Wi-Fi for your Netflix connection. The 6-seater dining table and braai room table is perfect for long, lazy meals together and is even more welcoming when the afternoon sun shines through the large open doors.

The house presents guests with the opportunity to enjoy both indoor and outdoor living, with a comfy 6-seater patio set and large umbrella as well as a quieter two seater available around the corner for an early morning coffee and rusk. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed as well as an en-suite bathroom, with a shower. Egyptian cotton bath towels provided. Both the second and third queen-sized bedrooms share a bathroom, with a vanity, shower and bath. The house geyser does run on gas, and you will need to turn the gas bottles on outdoors to ensure you have hot water. This property is situated in a friendly, family orientated area. The house is self-catering, however, should you require it for longer stays a cleaning fee will be added for cleaning services during your stay. The house currently is not connected to a Solar Inverter, however, it uses a gas stove and rechargeable lamps are placed throughout the house. Guests will be checked-in by the owner’s personal appointed representative but will be required to leave keys in a key box on departure.
