Kelkiewyn is a lovely holiday home for families of 6 people, and is situated on Mile 16 Beach Estate, just 400 m from the beach in Yzerfontein.
The spacious house can accommodate 6 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, one of which is a loft, 2 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen, dining area and lounge that opens onto a stoep overlooking the surroundings. The main bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed and has an en-suite bathroom that is fitted with a shower and overlooks the fynbos.
The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed and the third is furnished with 2 single beds. The loft room contains 3 three-quarter beds for children, and the rooms share the use of a bathroom with a shower and a bath. The bathrooms are fitted with heated towel rails, and for convenience, linen, bath and beach towels are provided.
The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, a microwave, a stove and oven, cutlery and crockery, pots and pans, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. Braai grids, as well as a potjie pot, is available for guests to use. The large living area has a dining area, a cosy fireplace and a lounge area with a Smart TV (please use your own account number for viewing), and Wi-Fi access.
Glass doors open onto a covered stoep with braai facilities overlooking the Kolkol heated swimming pool. Firewood is available on request at an additional cost. Parking is available for 2 vehicles and a small boat can also be accommodated.
Sorry unfortunately no kids under 5 years / 1 pet is welcome but please note that this is not an enclosed property.
Yzerfontein offers a variety of restaurants, cafés, as well as activities such as fishing, surfing, skiing, sailing, sandboarding and walking trails.
