White Sands Beach Villa is a classical clapboard 10-sleeper holiday house set directly in the sand on the quiet beach of Pearl Bay in Yzerfontein.
The multi-storey villa has interior finishes of the highest quality and is tastefully modern. The house comprises 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, an open-plan kitchen and dining area, a lounge and opens onto a wrap-around, sun-drenched wooded deck.
Located upstairs, the large, luxurious main bedroom has stunning sea views and a private lounge with a TV, that opens onto a deck overlooking the ocean. The room is furnished with a king-size bed and has an open-plan bathroom that is fitted with a bath, a shower, and a separate toilet. The second bedroom is also located upstairs and has a separate entrance enjoying sea views. The room is furnished with a king-size bed and has a private bathroom that is fitted with a shower, a bath, and a toilet.
The downstairs third bedroom contains a king-size bed and has a bath and a shower en suite. The room also enjoys stunning sea views. The fourth bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed(which can be split into 2 ¾ beds), and the fifth bedroom contains 2 single beds that can be converted into a king-size bed on request. The fourth and fifth bedrooms share a bathroom with a shower and a bath. For convenience, all beds are fitted with quality linen.
The state-of-the-art designer kitchen is equipped with a stove, an oven, a fridge, cutlery and crockery, as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities, and meals can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar or 10-seater dining table. The sunny lounge is equipped with a TV and opens onto the wooden deck overlooking the beach, ocean and surroundings.
Guests are welcomed to the villa by the resident house manager, Tinashe, and his assistant, Tapiwe, who will make sure that all guests have the best stay. They will provide information on the area and recommend things to do. They will service the villa daily, and washing can be done on request.
