6 Pikkewyn is a spacious luxurious holiday home that can host 6 people with ease.
There is also one sleeper couch available for two additional children or one extra adult. Thus accommodating 7 adults or 6 adults and 2 children. This well-situated holiday home is just 600m from the main beach of Yzerfontein.
This holiday getaway comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms (1 is ensuite) and is on the top level of the house with own entrance and no sharing of any private or communal spaces – the owner resides on the ground level as well as the Studio Apartment.
The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.
A sharing full bathroom (shower and bath) for the other two guest rooms.
All bathrooms are equipped with full amenities such as handwash, body wash, shampoo/conditioner. Bath towels are provided. Please bring own beach towels.
The holiday home has a spacious fully equipped open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge that opens to the patio, overlooking Yzerfontein with a gorgeous seaview.
Stacked glass doors can open to the stoep and patio area, creating one big open indoor / outdoor entertainment area.
The kitchen has a scullery with a vast kitchen pantry, front loader washing machine/dryer combo and dishwasher. It is also equipped with a fridge, microwave, a stove, oven, and air fryer and all the other normal amenities you might need to dish up a feast.
On the patio, guests can relax on tan on sunbeds or have some cocktails while enjoying snacks at the six-seater patio set while an umbrella provide the necessary shade.
The living area is brimming with entertainment facilities such as a 6-seater bar area with Smart TV to watch the Rugby while braaiing a choppy on the indoor braai grid. Listen to some music while having some bubbly in the 4-6-seater Jacuzzi while watching the sunset over the sea. (Please note that due to the required preparation time, the jacuzzi is not available for same day bookings after 12:00. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions re usage of the Jacuzzi.)
A brand-new fireplace was installed to provide more warmth to guests on cold days and an air conditioner in 1 bedroom as well as the living room, for the warmer days.
As an ad on bonus, guests can use the outdoor braai area downstairs, the braai area is fully equipped and secluded.
NB. By arrangement with the host on the premises please, in advance.
There are queen-size beds in 2 of the bedrooms and a king-size bed in the 3rd.
The sleeper couch in the living room has double bed linen with two pillows and will be provided on booking request.
All bedrooms have warm blankets for the cooler days and the main bedroom is stocked with a hairdryer.
There is a separate TV room with another smart TV where children can watch something else or play games on their Xbox.
Both TV’s have DSTV with dual view.
You can use your own account details to sign in on DSTV, Netflix, Showmax etc.
There is uncapped Wi-Fi for everyone!

There is enough parking for 3 vehicles inside the premisses.
