This stunning new self-catering holiday house is in Yzerfontein Heights. Only about an hour’s drive from Cape Town, this is a perfect family getaway! The furniture is light and modern and has an open-plan fully equipped kitchen with a separate scullery and dishwasher. It has a fridge/freezer, a gas geyser and a gas stove, electric oven and microwave. There is a coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster.
The lovely stoep faces a small, enclosed garden and across the road there is a green belt with indigenous vegetation. A braai and an 8-seater table invite you to relax. Inside, the open-plan area offers a beautiful kitchen, cosy living room, smart TV, Wi-Fi, a 6-seater dining table and a fireplace for the cold winter evenings.
The house consists of 3 bedrooms and three bathrooms, each with heated towel rails. One bedroom with 2 single beds and a separate bathroom with a shower, bath, basin and toilet is downstairs. There are two bedrooms upstairs, one with an extra length king-size bed and the other with a queen size bed. Both have en-suite bathrooms with shower, basin and toilet. If you must work, there is an open office area upstairs.
Both bedrooms upstairs have direct access to a balcony, where you can enjoy sundowners and a lovely distant sea view.
Linen, towels and beach towels are provided. There is a small hair dryer and for longer stays use of the washing machine, iron board and iron can be arranged. There is a washing line outside. The house is equipped with a solar system to keep you going in case of load shedding (in that case please do not use the dish washer as it will drain the battery too quickly). Please note that the oven does not work during loadshedding.
Main Beach is about 15 min of walking distance or 5 min by car away.
