The Atlantic's powerful westerly swells roll into Yzerfontein , making it a prime surfing spot. our house is walking distance from the best spot at Schaap Island. This is also a nice spot for the anglers to fish. You can watch the Wales and dolphins from the comfort of your bed or lounge.You also have unspoilt views of Dassen Island.

The charm of Yzerfontein beckons people who want to get away from the frenetic pace of the city and it is less than a hours drive from Cape town. There is a lovely boating club operating from the small fishing harbour which has a small-boat launching ramp.

Walking trails meander around the unspoiled natural beauty of the village. Although there is TV's with Mnet you will be in love with the pure sound of the sea from everywhere in the house. House and flat is fully equipped with bedding and all kitchen equipment. It is a newly build place which is nicely decorated.


	House starts from R850,00 per day for 4 and R100 per additional person [kids under 2 years excluded] up to 6 people Bachelors flat starts from R550,00 per day for 2 and R100,00 per additional person [kids under 2 years excluded] up to 3 people.

Upstairs house with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms , kitchen , lounge , dining room and outside braai area. Down stairs - batchelors flat with open plan room lounge and kitchen and bathroom. Portable braai outside.
Both offer extremely beautiful sea views.

From Cape town , take the R27 [West coast rd]. Continue along the R27 passing Milnerton, Table view, Melkbos and Grotto bay. Turn left at the Darling Yzerfontein R315 turn off. It is about 85km When you reach Yzerfontein turn left at the stop and pass a petrol station. Go straight till you get T. Turn right at T. You will get another stop where you do a small left turn to pass a shopping centre. At the next stop turn left in to Verfeldt street and we are number 38 on the right hand side.

Please remember to get the key at Star force and to unset the alarm. Star force is just as you past the petrol station on your left hand side just before the T.

Follow the N2 towards Cape town side , take the M5 turnoff towards Milnerton, turn off the M5 onto the N1 towards Capetown , then take the R27 as set above.
