This late-80s beach house was built for generations to gather, laugh, and make memories. With 4 bedrooms, it’s designed for family and friends to spread out and settle in.
The heart of the home is a dedicated indoor entertainment area: a large living room flows into an open dining and kitchen area, complete with a big indoor braai and bar for those legendary family cookouts.
While the fire crackles and the stories grow taller, the kids can swim to their hearts’ content in a safe, wind-protected environment thanks to the indoor pool – whatever the weather. The extra-large sun deck becomes your private front-row seat to the ocean – perfect for morning coffees and sundowners as you watch the light shift over the water.
Downstairs, the adventure continues in a gigantic backyard covered in lush synthetic grass. It’s a soft, clean, massive playground where kids can run wild, kick a ball, or simply lounge in the sun all day.
